Hi, I'm Tracey, founder of Create n Connect.

For more than 33 years, I worked as an educator and administrator in the WA school system, supporting children, families and colleagues to learn, grow and thrive. Teaching has always been more than a career for me—it's a passion. I love helping people discover new skills, build confidence and experience the joy that comes from learning something new.

Alongside my teaching career, creativity has been a constant thread throughout my life. I hold a Diploma in Art Therapy and have experienced firsthand the powerful role creativity can play in supporting wellbeing, mindfulness and connection. Through Create n Connect, I combine my love of teaching with my passion for art, offering a welcoming space where people can slow down, explore their creativity and connect with others.

Mosaics are at the heart of what I do, but my creative interests extend far beyond a single medium. I believe creativity is for everyone—not just those who consider themselves artistic. Sometimes all we need is permission to begin.

When I'm not in the studio, you'll usually find me spending time with family, working in the garden, walking my beautiful dog Baylee on our beach, or dreaming up new creative projects and workshops to share with others.

My hope is that every person who walks through the doors of Create n Connect leaves feeling inspired, capable, connected and proud of what they've created.
